Delegate Registration for Technical Paper Submission in NCSMI-2025

Guidelines

1. In this website, only registered users are allowed to enter into "Conference Delegate" area after successful Login into our website.

2. After successful registration, "Logged In Delegates" will automatically be directed to "Registered User" page, where they can submit their abstract within the specified deadline of 30th November 2024 and they need to wait with patience for notification of acceptance / rejection of their abstract till 10th December 2024

3. Upon receipt of notification of acceptance of their abstract, prospective authors are required to pay their "Delegate Fee" latest by 20th December 2024

4. Upon successful payment (online / offline) made, every author is required to upload the scanned copy (Size: 200 KB max.) of the "Registration Fee" receipt or transaction proof in "Payment Confirmation" Tab. They may additionally email the same to  seminariimrkl2025@gmail.com.

5. One Author / Co-author will be allowed per Registration. 

6. All successful "Registered Authors" are required to submit their Final Paper latest by 31st December 2024

7. Any modification in the paper will not be accepted after the final submission date, i.e. 31st December2024.  

8. In case of any emergency, write / call coordinator as soon as possible for registration beyond deadlines.

10. All the accepted abstracts / papers may be considered for peer review process by an internationally renowned Publisher / indexed journal and in the conference website (www.iimrourkela.in).

Registration Fee

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Presentation. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, there will be no discount on additional papers registration.
